Marquette – The National Alliance on Mental Illness-Alger/Marquette support group will meet on Thursday, February 16 at 7 p.m. in the Baraga Place Conference Room, 129 West Baraga Avenue, Marquette.
Barb Knox, yoga instructor and Northern Michigan University faculty member, will discuss and demonstrate yoga as a tool for improving mental health.
