Northern Michigan Public Service Academy will sponsor an energy conference on Thursday, February 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Citizens' Forum at Lakeview Arena in Marquette. This conference will offer participants ways to make municipalities, schools, public housing and businesses more energy efficient.
