Marquette – A demonstration on “Special Effects Pencil Techniques” will be offered by Kathi Hanson on Tuesday, January 17 at 7 p.m. in the Marquette Arts and Culture Center on the lower level of the Peter White Library.
Hanson, a representative for the General Pencil company,will show techniques from her new DVD,“You Want Me to Do WHAT With That Pencil?” She will cover using Graphite, charcoal, pastel and watercolor pencils with grating, burnishing, layering, resists and masking. One lucky attendee will win a copy of Hanson’s DVD.
