Marquette – Lake Superior Hospice will host a Memorial Service Honoring Our Loved Ones on Thursday, January 26 at 5:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the D.J. Jacobetti Home for Veterans, 425 Fisher Street in Marquette.
Anyone in the community who has lost a loved one and would like to honor and celebrate their memory is invited for peaceful reflection and remembrance during the service of music, prayer, silent meditation and a bell ringing ceremony with a lighting of candles.
A reception will immediately follow the service with light refreshments. Gathering with others who have suffered a similar loss offers healing, encouragement, and a reminder that we are not alone in bearing our grief.
