Marquette – The Beaumier Coffee House Series will offer an exciting concert featuring Heather Evans and Gene Green on Saturday, January 7 at 7 p.m. in the Blackbox Theatre at Northern Michigan University.
Singer-songwriter and guitar player Heather Evans is a Marquette native whose musical aspirations started in the sixth grade, and who later started busking in Marquette at age thirteen. Michigan songwriter, storyteller and farmer, Gene Green began writing songs early on and honed up his songwriting skills at the Cheatham Street Warehouse in San Marcos, Texas.
There is a suggested donation of $5 for adults and $1 for students.
