Marquette – Human Condition Non-fiction Group will meet to discuss “The Black Nile” by Dan Morrison on Wednesday, December 21 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Dandelion Cottage Room of the Peter White Public Library.
With news of tenuous peace in Sudan, foreign correspondent Dan Morrison bought a plank-board boat, summoned a childhood friend who’d never been off American soil, and set out from Uganda, paddling the Nile on a quest to reach Cairo.
