Marquette – The Peter White Public Library Book Group will meet to discuss “The Reluctant Fundamentalist” by Hamid Mohsin on Tuesday, January 3 at 7 p.m. in the Dandelion Cottage Room of the library .
The book is about a young Pakistani man, educated at Princeton, who was just beginning his brilliant career in a highly prestigious financial-analysis firm in New York when the 9/11 terrorist attacks occurred. Answering to his own conscience, he must return to Pakistan to become, in America’s view, an enemy.
