Marquette – Binding the Wounds of Inequality in America will be held on Monday, November 14 at 7 p.m. in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Join Jesse W. Wright, PhD, for a post-election look at what the new administration can do to make the forces of technological change and globalization work for all Americans. Job insecurity and diminished prospects continue to plague lower and middle class Americans who are most at risk to technological displacement and globalization. The discussion will be an independent and neutral search for solutions by examining what can be done for the disaffected and what the country’s best thinkers are saying about the path forward.
No registration is required to attend the discussion and there is no admission charge. For more information visit www.pwpl.info or call 226-4318.
