Negaunee – The Historic Vista Theater and Peninsula Arts Appreciation Council will present Jean Shepherd’s “A Christmas Story,” LIVE! on stage Thursday, December 8 through Saturday, December 10 at 7 p.m. evening, and with a special matinee showing Saturday, December 10 at 2 p.m. at the Vista Theater.
Follow the classic story of Ralphie Parker’s 9th Christmas, his quest to get ultimate of presents, an official Red Ryder carbine action 200-shot Range Model air rifle, and a whole lot more holiday antics from a time viewed as far less hectic than the world of today.
Tickets are $12 for adults, and $8 for students high school age and under, and seniors 62 and older. They are on sale at the Historic Vista Theater/PAAC Box Office in Negaunee, Rare Earth Goods in Ishpeming, Snowbound Books in Marquette, and Gitche Gumee Café and Records in the Village Shopping Center in Marquette. Tickets for “A Christmas Story” can be registered to win $300 weekly with the Be Local, Buy Local ap.
