Gwinn – The 70th Anniversary of VFW will be celebrated with a Chicken Barbeque on Friday, November 11 from 5 to 8 p.m. at VFW Post 5670 in Gwinn.
Tickets are $7 for 1/4 chicken, $10 for 1/2 chicken; the meal includes beans, coleslaw and roll. Dine in or take out. The public is welcome. Two free beverages are offered for all veterans. Tickets are available at the post daily after 4 p.m.
