The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning has arranged a half-price day for NCLL members and senior citizens at the NMU Cosmetology Clinic in the Jacobetti Center. From 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on February 12, all cosmetology haircuts, shampoos, perms, pedicures and waxing will be half off for senior men and women. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are suggested by calling 227-2383.
