Calendar – Community – 2016 Upper Peninsula Talent Summit – Nov. 11

Marquette – The 2016 Upper Peninsula Talent Summit will be held on November 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.in the University Center at Northern Michigan University.

This is your chance to enhance your organization’s talent and strengthen the entire U.P. workforce by participating in this special event. Strategies and solutions to tackle workforce talent development issues will be explored throughout the day.

The keynote speaker will be Jeremy Bout, who will help inspire the audience with ideas for local talent development efforts. The Summit also welcomes Lieutenant Governor Brian Calley. Calley has worked in partnership with Governor Rick Snyder to play an integral role in Michigan’s comeback, combining skills acquired from an accomplished private sector career in the financial services industry with a heart for public service.
