College Goal Sunday will be held on Sunday, February 10 from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Michigan and Huron rooms in the University Center at NMU. The event will offer students and parents free professional assistance in filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form, as well as a chance to talk with financial aid representatives about available resources, and how to apply. Information about state-wide admission requirements and student services will be provided. Students should bring the following items to the event: Social Security numbers for both the student and parent or legal guardian (if 23 or younger), driver's license, and W-2 forms or other records of money earned. Also required will be 2007 federal income tax returns for students and spouse or parents, untaxed income records such as Social Security or veterans benefits, and bank statements, business and investment information.
