Marquette – The Marquette Choral Society will begin rehearsals for Handel’s “Messiah” on Monday, August 22 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. in Room 250 of the Thomas Fine Arts Building at Northern Michigan University.
The performances of “Messiah” will be Saturday, December 3 and Sunday, December 4 at St. Peter Cathedral in Marquette.
Singers may join the Marquette Choral Society during the rehearsals on August 22, 29 and September 12. New members are very welcome; there are no auditions. Rehearsals are every Monday night from 7 to 9:30 p.m.
