Gwinn – The 3rd Annual Discover Sawyer Family Fun Day will be held on Sunday, August 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the K.I. Sawyer International Airport in Gwinn.
Schedule of Events:
Pancake breakfast – 8:30 a.m. to noon
Whirlwind helicopter rides – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Kid Zone – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Show and Shine Car Show – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Free Young Eagle flights – 9 a.m. to noon *Participants MUST BE between ages 8-17
R/C Model Display – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Static aircraft/airport equipment displays – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sawyer business/vendor displays – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Ramp food vendors – noon to 3 p.m.
Admission is free.
