Marquette – The 6th Annual “Catch the Vision Community Day” will be held on Saturday, August 6 from noon to 9:30 p.m. at Lions Field in Marquette Township.
A “Neighbors Night Out” will be offered from noon to 4 p.m. with displays of police, fire, and rescue vehicles. The State Police offering photo identity for kids, including a picture, finger prints, voice recording and a disc for parents. There will be chalk art in the hockey rink, free face painting, and a dunk tank on the tennis court. Softball games will be ongoing all day.
Live music will be provided by Jim and Ray from noon to 3 p.m., Flat Broke Blues Band from 3 to 6 p.m. and The Reveal from 6;30 TO 9:30 p.m. Food and beverages will also be available. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs.
