Calendar – Community – Lake Superior Hospice Summer Memorial Service – July 21

Negaunee – Lake Superior Hospice will offer a Summer Memorial Service on Thursday, July 21 at 7 p.m. at Carp River Gardens in Negaunee.

This service is open to anyone in the community who has lost a loved one and would like to honor and celebrate their memory. The garden will provide a beautiful setting for peaceful reflection, as well as an opportunity to participate in a meaningful event that includes music, prayer, silent meditation, and a bell-ringing ceremony with lighting of candles. A reception will immediately follow the service with light refreshments.

Gathering with others who have suffered a similar loss offers healing, encouragement, and a reminder that we are not alone in bearing our grief. All are welcome to attend. Please RSVP to 225-7760 if you plan to attend and would like to light a candle in honor of your loved one as his or her name is read.
