Marquette – Lake Superior Theater will present “Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?” Wednesday, August 3 through Sunday, August 7 at 7:30 p.m. each evening at the Frazier Boathouse/Lake Superior Theatre on Lakeshore Boulevard in Marquette.
Written by John R. Powers, based on the book of the same name. “Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?” is a delightfully funny coming of age musical involving the 1950s Catholic education of eight Chicago children. Every musical number is sure to tickle your funny bone! With a trio of live musicians you are in for a very entertaining evening of fantastic musical theatre, directed by Amy Malaney with music direction by Jeff Bruning you don’t want to miss this show!
