Marquette – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will host an eight-session program that emphasizes strategies to manage falls and increase activity levels, beginning on Monday, May 2 at 10 a.m. at Superior Alliance for Independent Living in Marquette.
This program will be held from 10 a.m. to noon every Monday and Tuesday in May. It is designed for those who want to improve balance, flexibility and strength or have concerns about falling. There is no charge, but advance registration is requested by April 26 by calling 227-2979.
