Marquette – A Family Film and BYO Munchies event, with a screening of “Ponyo” will be held on Saturday, February 13 from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
“Ponyo” is loosely based on the tale of the Little Mermaid. Ponyo, a goldfish-girl lives with her wizard father. She befriends the 5 year-old boy Sōsuke, and wants to become a human girl.
