Marquette – An educational class entitled “Transformational Breathing” will be offered on Tuesday, February 24 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Marquette Arts and Culture Center on the lower level of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Most people are using about one third of their respiratory system when breathing and get only about one fourth of the oxygen needed for good health.
Transformation Breathing heals restricted breathing patterns and helps physical, mental, emotional and spiritual functions. Take a night to relax and bring more calm into your life.
Everyone is welcome. No registration is required.
The class is offered by the Marquette Food Co-op and is free to co-op owners with a suggested donation of $3 for others.
