Escanaba – The U.P. Steam and Gas Engine Association will host its annual Christmas in the Village on Friday, December 4 from 1 to 7 p.m. and on Saturday, December 5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Steam Village at the U.P. State Fair Grounds in Escanaba.
Father Christmas will be on hand and there will be Yuletide fun for the entire family. Enjoy an old-fashioned festive atmosphere with horse-drawn rides, roasted chestnuts, hot chocolate and goodies galore. All shops will be open and visitors can browse unique handcrafted gift items from a variety of local artisans.
There is no charge for this event. However, please consider bringing non-perishable food items or new unwrapped toys for donation to local charities.
