Marquette – Siusan O’Rourke and Zig Zeitler will offer a Gaelic evening of melody and song with “An Irish Night Before Christmas,” on Friday, December 18 at 7 p.m. at Marquette Unitarian Universalist Church, 1510 M-28 in Chocolay Township.
The program is melding Christmas and the grand tradition of the Celts. Seasonal songs, including “Christmas In Killarney,” “Connemara Cradle Song,” “Come Home to Ireland,” “Silent Night,” and “Auld Lang Syne” will be featured along with many original songs.
Donations in the form of a love offering will be accepted during the concert.
