Marquette – Film fans are invited to enjoy a bring your own meal movie event with two screenings of “Danny Collins” on Tuesday, October 20 at 12:30pm and again at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Al Pacino stars as aging 1970s rocker Danny Collins, who can’t give up his hard-living ways. But when his manager uncovers a 40-year-old undelivered letter written to him by John Lennon, he decides to change
course and embarks on a heartfelt journey to rediscover his family, find true love and begin a second act.
This 2015 comic music drama was inspired by the true story of Steve Tilston, an English folk singer-songwriter and guitarist. Released in March 2015, the film is rated R and runs for 106 minutes.

for access to all while the BYO Dinner theater screening has no subtitles. Viewers are welcome to bring their own takeout meal to enjoy in the dinner theater setting. There is no admission charge.
