Marquette, Michigan – September 16, 2015 – The Northern Michigan University Regional Police Academy will host informational meetings for the next academy at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, and Wednesday, Oct. 7, in the Jacobetti Complex. Prospective participants can attend either informal session, which will last about 45 minutes. Topics include an overview of the academy, Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards requirements for entry and NMU requirements. A question-and-answer session will follow.
