Marquette – An Open House will be held on Thursday, October 8 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the BLP Office, 2200 Wright Street in Marquette.
The Marquette Board of Light and Power will host several community forums and open house events to provide information and gather comments from the public regarding its proposed project for a new electric generating facility.
Additional open houses will be held on Wednesday, October 14 from 2 to 4 p.m.; Tuesday, October 20 from 4 to 6 p.m.; Wednesday, October 21 from 2 to 4 p.m.; and Thursday, October 29 from 10 a.m. to noon.
Public forums will be held on Thursday, October 15 from 5:30 TO 7:30 p.m. and Thursday, October 22 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Marquette City Commission Chambers of City Hall, 300 W. Baraga Avenue.
