Manistique – The Schoolcraft County Community Resource Fair will be held on Friday, October 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 319 Walnut Street in Manistique.
Over 30 Resource Program representatives will be on site offering information for and to assist people to services in the following categories: Housing, Veteran, Financial, Tribal, Health, Education, Employment, Seniors, children and youth, and many more.
A free coat, hat, mitten room will be on site, and a free luncheon provided by Christ’s Fellowship Ministries of Germfask will begin at 11:30 a.m. Free transportation within the city limits will be provided by Schoolcraft County Public Transit and a limited number of free gift bags will be available on a first come basis.
