Marquette – The Life and Disappearance of Amelia Earhart Fundraiser will be held on Friday, October 2 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Marquette Regional History Center on W. Spring Street in Marquette.
Cocktails and Exhibit viewing will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., followed by a program and a question and answer session. Program will be presented by Larry Inman, Earhart historian, who owns the world’s largest private collection of Earhart artifacts and items.
This one of a kind evening includes wine, appetizers and a rare opportunity to view the collection. The event takes place on the same date that Earhart visited Marquette in 1935. Tickets go on sale the first week of September at marquettehistory.org or by calling 226.3571.
