Marquette – MooseWood Nature Center and the Upper Peninsula Children's Museum will sponsor the joint fund-raiser “Bears at the Museum: A Bear-o-graphical Night of Mystery, Family Fun and Ice Cream” on Thursday, June 5 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Upper Peninsula Children's Museum in Marquette.
Admission is $4.50 for children, $4 for adults or $20 for families. As the event is a fund-raiser, membership cards will not be accepted. Proceeds will support children's programs at the museum and at MooseWood.
The program is is geared toward ages preschool through elementary and their families. Participants are encouraged to bring along their favorite toy bears.
Thursdays are Domino's Pizza Night at the museum, and families can call ahead to order single-topping pizzas for $4.50 each, plus delivery tip.
