Ishpeming – The Ishpeming Area Historical Society will offer the Historic Places and Interesting Spaces Tour on Sunday, June 28 from 1 to 5 p.m. at three homes and two churches, all with unique and interesting histories.
The $10 ticket/brochure explaining the venues, with a map is available at the IAHS museum, the Main Street Antique Mall, Greater Ishpeming – Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce, at each venue the day of the tour, and from the IAHS Board members. Details are posted on the IAHS Facebook page.
The Historic Places and Interesting Spaces Tour is the Historical Society’s major fundraiser each year, which helps to maintain its museum at 308 Cleveland Avenue, year around.
