Calendar – Education – Summer Reading Program to Begin at Negaunee Public Library – June 15

Negaunee – The Negaunee Public Library Summer Reading Programs will kick off on Monday, June 15 with registration beginning at 10 a.m. at the library.

The classic summer reading program is for children ages 3 to 10 years. Children can register to participate and pick up a reading log to track the time they spend reading on or after June 15. There
will be prizes and special events throughout the program, culminating in an ice cream social for the finale party in August.

This year, the Library is offering a summer reading program for adults, too. Between Monday, June 15 and Friday, July 31, patrons may fill out a slip with their name, phone number, and the book or audiobook they read to enter a drawing for a chance to win prizes
donated by local businesses.
