Marquette – The Lexicon of Sustainability public reception and fundraiser will be held on Thursday, June 4 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Ore Dock Brewing Company in downtown Marquette.
The reception is a fundraiser featuring the Lexicon images, short films about sustainability, music from Mike Waite and friends, and food from Das Steinhaus. Proceeds from the food will be donated to the fundraising efforts.
The Lexicon of Sustainability is a pop-up art show based on the simple idea that people cannot be expected to live more sustainable lives if they don’t know the basic terms and principles of sustainability. These 24 informational images will be on display for the month of June at the Ore Dock Brewing Company.
