Harvey – The first ever “Hiawatha on the Bayou” will be held on Saturday, May 30 from 2 p.m. to midnight at The Bayou Restaurant and Chocolay River Brewery on Main Street in Harvey.
This family-friendly event will feature traditional music, dancing, food, fun, door prizes and much more. It is a fundraiser for the Hiawatha Music Co-op. Tickets are available in advance at The Bayou Restaurant, Hiawatha Music Co-op, and at Great Lakes Radio. Tickets will also be available at the door.
