Marquette – A public screening of the multi-award nominee “Side Effects” will be offered on Wednesday, May 20 at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
This psychological thriller is about a young woman’s world unraveling when a drug prescribed by her psychiatrist has unexpected effects. The film follows the ramifications of a patient being prescribed an experimental antidepressant drug.
“Side Effects” was released in 2013, is rated R and runs for 106 minutes. Viewers are welcome to bring their own dinner or buy from the library cafe to enjoy during the feature film in a dinner theater setting.
