Marquette – Tasty Reads, the book group for readers who love to cook, will meet for a discussion of “The Last Chinese Chef” by Nicole Mones on Monday, May 11 at noon in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library.
The alluring fictional novel of friendship, love and cuisine brings into focus the changes occurring in China. Book group participants are invited to share a sample recipe inspired by the book. New members are always welcome.
