Marquette – The Marquette Regional History Center and Upper Peninsula Children’s Museum will hold a the inaugural Two Museums Bartender Challenge “Night at the Booze-Eums” fundraiser on Thursday, May 7 from 7 to 9 p.m. beginning at the U.P. Children’s Museum and ending at the Marquette Regional History Center in Marquette.
Local bartenders will use their mixology expertise to create a “signature” drink. This drink will be tasted by attendees at the event and judged by popular vote and your tips decide the winner The winner will receive the grand prize traveling trophy and bragging rights to last a life time.
There will be a mystery basket challenge and speed challenge. Participating bartenders will be judged by local foodie/drink experts –and prizes will be awarded. Guests will participate in live auctions and enjoy fun music.
Tickets are $50 in advance (available at marquettehistory.org or at the MRHC & UPCM) and $60 at the door. Tickets include six tastes and delicious bar food.
