Marquette – The second annual Downtown Spring Open Twisted Tea Off, an indoor miniature golf tournament, will be held on Saturday, April 25 from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. in Marquette’s Downtown District.
Proceeds from the event will benefit The Janzen House, a non-profit organization that offers transitional housing for male residents of Marquette County. Teams of four will compete for cash and prizes as they travel from hole to hole throughout Marquette’s Downtown District.
The cost to participate is $25 per person ($100 per team) and participants must be at least 21 years of age. The registration fee provides participants with a drink token to be used at Breakers Roadhouse, free shuttle services around the district by Checker Transport during the event and access to a fun-filled round of miniature golf. An awards ceremony will follow the event at Breakers Roadhouse.
Space is limited and teams must register by Friday, April 17. Teams who register before Friday, April 10, are automatically entered to win a prize package valued at $100.
