Marquette – In partnership with AMCAB, UPCAP is offering A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls on Mondays and Thursdays from 1 to 3 p.m. starting February 9 at the Lost Creek Community Room, 200 Lost Creek Drive, Marquette.
Due to a generous grant from the MI Health Endowment Fund and the Area Agency on Aging Association of Michigan, these classes are offered free of charge but pre-registration is required. A workbook is provided and refreshments will be served.
