Ishpeming – The Ishpeturkey Trot will be held on Thursday, November 27 beginning with registration at 7:30 a.m. at the 4th Street gym entrance of Ishpeming High School. The 5K and 10K walk or run will start at 9 a.m. at the high school gym entrance and continue on the Iron Ore Heritage Trail and back.
There is a minimum $5 donation to participate. Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to be donated to local food banks. Leashed dogs are permitted. Volunteers for registration, course setup and take down, and course marshal and guards needed. 100% of proceeds to benefit Cancer Care of Marquette County.
