Marquette – The Lake Superior Detachment #764 of the Marine Corps League will host a celebration of the Marine Corps 239th Birthday on Monday, November 10 at 6 p.m. at the Casa Calabria on North Third Street in Marquette.
There will be a cash bar, door prizes and traditional ceremonies as well as pizza and birthday cake provided for all attendees. All Marines and FMF Corpsmen are invited as well as any other military veterans. There is no cover charge.
