Free Diabetes Educational Program Diabetes October 6th

MARQUETTE, MI – Do you or someone you know have diabetes? Did you know that being active can help keep your heart healthy and also help control your blood sugar and blood pressure? Do you want to be more active?

If so, join Ann Constance, Exercise Physiologist, Certified Diabetes Educator and Director of the U.P. Diabetes Outreach Network (UPDON) for a FREE program on getting more active when you live with diabetes.

Time: 6:30 to 7:30PM
