Ishpeming – The 25th Annual Labor Day Festival will be held on Monday, September 1 beginning with a parade at 11 a.m. on Euclid Street in Ishpeming.
A picnic and rally will begin at noon at Lake Bancroft Park. There will be music by Fast Eddies Blues Band and games for the kids. Food, pop, water and adult beverages will be available.
Free tours of the Cliffs Shaft Museum will be offered. State legislators and dignitaries will address this rally for all working families.
