Re: MPD Promotions
The Marquette City Police Department is pleased to announce the promotion of one of our officers to the Detective Bureau effective July 14th 2014.
Patrol Officer Greg Kinonen was promoted to the position of Detective Corporal effective July 14, 2014. Greg began his career with the Marquette Police Department in October of 1997 as a Patrol Officer and has been a road officer since that time. Greg was selected to fill position vacated after the retirement of Detective Captain Gordie Warchock and the promotions of Detective Captain Mike Wasie and Detective Lieutenant Mike Kohier.
