Curtis – Horsens Music School Big Band and Wanna Be Jazz Band, from Horsens, Denmark, will perform on Thursday, July 17 at 7 p.m. at the Erickson Center for the Arts in Curtis.
The group will be traveling all the way from Horsens, Denmark, a city located near Copenhagen.
The Big Band members range from 13 to 21 years old who play traditional jazz. The Wanna Be Jazz band is a younger band for students working toward the Big Band. Wanna Be members range from 10 to 14 years old and play popular music and easy jazz.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free but donations are always welcomed.
