Marquette – In celebration of May as Mental Health month, a noontime drop-in informational session on “How To Change Addictive Behaviors” will be offered on Tuesday, May 13 at noon in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Presenter Mary Ritter, LPC, a licensed therapist in private practice, will examine the four most common additive behaviors: alcohol, drugs, food, and gambling and how to get the help to break free.
