A Holistic Health Forum will be held on Tuesday, April 29 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Master Han Jingsheng, NMU Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence, doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and master of martial arts form Zhan Zhuang, will present an introduction to Yiquan movement and acupressure for health.
Participation is optional. Dress comfortably. No experience is necessary.
