Ishpeming – The Ishpeming Historical Society will host a Spring Tea on Sunday, May 18 at 1 p.m. and again at 4 p.m. at the historic Charles Byrns Home, 619 N. Fifth Street in Ishpeming.
Guests will tour this gorgeous Victorian home with magnificent woodwork and stained glass windows. Everyone is encouraged to wear a hat and dress in their Sunday best attire to keep in tradition with the era.
Savories, scones and sweets will be served with tea. View gardening ideas and wearable art. Tickets for the event are $22 and may be purchased at the Main Street Antique Mall, the Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Chamber of Commerce or by contacting the Historical Society at 486-8678.
