Marquette – In celebration of spring, a Swing Dance will be held on Wednesday, April 23 from 7 to 8:45 pm in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
The event will feature live music provided by the Westerly Winds Big Band for your listening and dancing pleasure. The Westerly Winds Big Band, comprised of 17 musicians from the Upper Peninsula, specializes in jazz standards from the Swing Era of the 1930s and 1940s to more recent big band dance hits.
