The Hospitality Management Banquets and Catering class at Northern Michigan University is hosting our annual community wide fundraising gala event. This year’s theme is Roaring Twenties Party.
The proceeds from this event will fund the NMU Hospitality Management scholarships. With this years’ event, we hope to raise enough to endow the Memorial Study Abroad scholarship. We are also competing for national awards from Pride of Case V for Community Collaboration and Fundraising Education
The students of the Banquets and Catering class are responsible for planning the menu, décor, service, entertainment and marketing for the entire event. This year’s event will be held on Friday, April 11th in the Jacobetti Complex on NMU’s campus.
