Upper Peninsula legislators, including Sen. “This winter’s severe weather has punished all Michiganders, but the Upper Peninsula has been particularly hard-hit,” said Casperson, R-Escanaba. “I will be joining my U.P. colleagues in a press conference to bring attention to the burgeoning crisis in northern Michigan to better understand its impact locally, and to better equip us to find ways to address the crisis in Lansing.”

A question and answer session with the media will follow the press conference.
